At Ivariti, we typically ship the products within 1-2 days and it would be delivered to you in 8-9 working days. We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1000. You can track your shipment using order ID on our tracking page.
We believe in handpicking exclusive products and carefully examine for any quality defect before shipping to maintain a great customer experience. Moreover, we ensure multiple pictures along with detailed description so as to furnish you exact understanding of your chosen product. Handloom and handcrafted products might be uneven with minor variations. But, these kind of small imperfections prove the genuineness of such products compared to a machine made product.
Even after these stringent checks, if you happen to unfortunately cancel/replace/return your order, we offer a liberal policy regarding the same. However, please note that customized orders such as edging and fall on saris are strictly not eligible for replacement.
How do I cancel/replace my purchase from ivariti?
If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order, request you to cancel it before dispatch (within 24 hrs) for refund by informing us on email@example.com Please note that the refund process might take upto 5 working days.
If the order is in transit/ delivered to you, it will be eligible for replacement.
- Please note that the replacement request has to be informed within 48 hours of receiving the product as per records of our courier partner. Return request can be initiated on the tracking page itself.
- In case you don’t like the product, that’s okay. Our aim is your utmost satisfaction. We will initiate reverse pickup. No questions asked.
- If you find defects with the product, request you to share a snapshot on firstname.lastname@example.org and will take it up with our quality control team. Don’t worry, we will initiate reverse pickup for the faulty piece.
- If you observe that the package is being delivered to you in bad condition or the packing is tampered, refuse to accept the same. Do write us about it on email@example.com with your order ID.
- In case we aren’t able to provide the exact replacement, we will be sharing a coupon code with you of the same amount for your next shopping. Request you to ensure that the product is unused and being returned in original condition with tags/packing intact.
- Please note that the replacement process might take longer time depending on your location and product to be replaced.
